Is anyone planning to watch Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man? Any suggestion what storyline we can expect?
From what we know so far the series will be an elseworld spider-man storyline, set in MCU multiverse but unrelated to Tom Holland’s version of Spidey. We will see Peter in his high school years, Norman Osborn acting as his mentor and a host of villains like Venom, Sandman, Scorpion are set to appear. While it doesn’t seem that the series will focus on particular comic series i will recommend reading “Spidey”, “Spider-Man: Blue”, “Ultimate Spider-Man” and “Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man”(which is a prequel to the upcoming animated series itself). For now let’s wait as the series drops next week.
